Guest Jamsie Posted July 3, 2015 Report Posted July 3, 2015 20150703_084230.jpeg No back log at the ports. Just another oversight by the snfc??
Guest Jamsie Posted July 3, 2015 Report Posted July 3, 2015 On my mobile and it hasn't done the Paste side of it lol All ferries running to schedule and most importantly there Is Space on the ferries. Check the P&O ferries Twitter account it's all there in black and white.
b.massey Posted July 3, 2015 Report Posted July 3, 2015 We have also had news from our contact Stefaan Van Moerbeke in Ypres who advised against a race from Ypres this weekend due to hot weather as it is 34 degrees in the shade and too hot for liberating birds to race. Never sent to race but that's on site... Don't think ferry had much to do with decision

Don't think ferry had much to do with decisionUnless they were going to hold birds for a afternoon lib that is a crap excuse as its EAP libs the temp would be no where near that and by the time it was the birds could be half way home anyway but then maybe the national didn't want the birds sitting in the antiquated wagons in those temp at the race point day before but not like the up to date lorrys being used which have been designed for such conditions
eastcoaster Posted July 3, 2015 Report Posted July 3, 2015 Best of luck to all on Lanarkshire transporter am disappointed but think you have proved that Snfc did not try hard enough to get birds over to lib point . Excellent entry well done .

Valiant Fifer Posted July 3, 2015 Report Posted July 3, 2015 Well all i can say is no matter what anyone says, it doesnt look good that the SNFC didnt go over the channel when at the same time Lanarkshire fed managed it no problem at all. That was at short notice too! Someone from the SNFC has got some answering to do. Denfinately something not right there. :emoticon-0127-lipssealed:

peter pandy Posted July 3, 2015 Report Posted July 3, 2015 That's a new theory Peter.I am only pointing out Steven that if I was the vehicle owner I would not wish to be stuck in a jam to get on a ferry and have the same problem on the return journey when I am being paid only on delivery so I would be advising on an inland race point.

frank-123 Posted July 3, 2015 Report Posted July 3, 2015 Think you guys can sort out the SNFC problems at the AGM. Going over and over things on here isn't doing much good for anyone. Let's hope for two good races for Lanarkshire and SNFC members tomorrow.
Guest stb- Posted July 3, 2015 Report Posted July 3, 2015 Word on the street is that there is some substance in that some one pull the mcstop cord on the bus lol
