Snap pre paired mine last two days may have it cracked by tomorrow 15/ 20 are sorted :) Definitely don't keep them paired all the time a hen as a limited number of eggs , so you could be wasting future breeding ;)

Good on you Greenbar. Hope it all goes well for you and you breed a nice team for 2015 racing.

Still getting through your DVD's down here mate (keeping me entertained over Christmas).

All the best.

My best sprint hen laid 10/16 eggs every season almost every one full , gave her to Geordie Mann this season and she will do same for him , she always laid on 8 th day she was un real . The coopers of international fame sometimes take 5/7 rounds of stock birds ,so how many doo they lay in life time ? Not sure there is a overall limit. Jmo not pairing till February this year , none of racers will be paired until March/April .

We only just separated our birds yesterday...

Not separated my 70 plus yearlings Rab and they are all very contented

They have all become obsessed with the peanuts from my daughter

She will have me in the Pear Hoose lol

Yes, when they come out the egg they only have x amount and don't produce anymore. Once they've gone they've gone!
