own up who,s paired up ? how many pairs have or will you be putting together , how many young do you want for 2015 .

we wont pair until after Blackpool show , hoping to have less than 30 youngsters ? :pidge:

Just paired stock birds on today,won't be pairing racers on till mid February but won't be taking any of most of them witht the exception being the birds pictured of d hay,looking for 40 ybs..not enough room :(got 8 extra cocks too so another sore head

Not many youngsters this coming year as I still have 80 yearlings

Aiming for late Jan early Feb.

 

Probably have 2 rounds and breed 25-30 yb's.

 

Still waiting on me rings, hopefully they will turn up in the next few weeks. Has anyone got rings yet? Any idea what colour GB will be for 2015?

paired my stock birds today yearlings will be paired feb and channel birds 3rd week in march found a few fat hens so they will be starved for 5 days so i dont have problems with them laying just hope it stays as mild

For the fanciers that pair up at this time of year, how do you manage to get your young birds out late February / early March with the constant problems of the hen sparrowhawk attacks ???

Cant say they are much of a problem to be honest. Always have the old birds out first but dont know if that makes a diffo
