alec guinness Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 Unless wee Norman Orr is in with a sneaky one then this one for Davie looks like it will take the West section SNFC average, very well done Davie and good to see two pals and fellow LSC members in the mix for this prestigious award Great stuff davie and wee norman is in and without checking I think he might be leading davie for the section averages?

alec guinness Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 15 reported on the lib line fae 138 in section E not exactly a blaw hame Think if you do a wee count vinnie there might be 30ish home which IMO is not bad at 300 miles into our section.

robbiedoo. Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 None reported in Region G from 102 good race from a late lib :emoticon-0179-headbang: :emoticon-0179-headbang: I have,nt any at this race but wish every fanceir north, east, south or west the very best of luck .by the looks of it the north section is the only section. Not have any birds home yet you get some fanceirs say its impossible in their section I will leave it at that

Ps the last few weeks fed racing at less distance have been not that good.

Guest bigda Posted September 14, 2014 Report Posted September 14, 2014 (edited) It is for certain sections weather 5 or 50 birds are timed that's irrelevant Fact is the race cannot be won in certain sections.for me all big 1st open prizes should be done away with and greater emphasis put on sectional wins yes that is the way or race out at sea, no advantage to any one west wind all the same fast race but they dont like that nope, most birds down in the borders will take the price of a bag of feed from the open pool prize money they are sent to the race on there bare ar se nothing pooled and for every one they get its feeding for the year 1 pigeon will eat 1 bag per year 40lb = 640 oz well fed but if you keep allowing this to happen they will not send as many birds to collect the rent money Edited September 14, 2014 by bigda
