Some goverment legislation, not sure exactly what, but I know all the drivers at work have been working towards it, prob just another cost for a driver

Certificate of Professional Competence. Professional drivers (LGV, coaches etc) have to do 35 hours of training every five years

its a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence its no good enough just to pass your driving test you now need one of these and ys theres fees another money making racket . But think e everyone needs one after end of week .
