Believe the fanciers sent mostly the Old birds to Leicester which does have a bearing if your trying to compare.

I have 4/5 from Leicester and so far have lost 7 for the season all yearlings as it's my first old bird season.

the biggest % of birds are yrlgs so it will be mostly yrlgs lost so experience is getting blamed for loses most fanciers dont have 3 4 5 yr olds because they dont reach that age anymore jmo

you are right Kevin very hard to get a doo past 2yr old now and it seems only the good/lucky ones survive to that age mate

It's amazing, 12 months on and once again members are wanting to change route because of bad racing, last year down the east, this year down the west/center.

Have come to the conclusion that the racing we get now isn't going to get any better in the coming years, this due to peregrine attacks no matter were you liberate.
