Just been informed of Alec Dicksons passing what I heard he passed away last

Wed and no one had heard Alec was a member of Motherwell club where he finished up a

Number of years ago before that he was in Waterloo club forever that is all the detailes I

Have RIP my old friend and my condolences to the family.

Knew ALex many years ago when he run the open show which was held in Overton welfare hall, a very nice man and sorry to hear of his death.

Very sad to here the passing of Alexander Dickson, have known Alex

for at least 50 years and to say he was a true gentleman would be a

understatement for you were always meet with that smile of affection

Alex was sectary of the Waterloo club for many years and thereafter

the Hub pigeon club in Wishaw

Only knew about 4/5 years ago that Alex conveyed the Lanarkshire

Social Circle birds when it was a Wednesday club by train

asked him where he slept , in the baggage car with the birds was his answer

Very sad to hear this so late as i would most certainly have attended his funeral. He was a friend to everyone and will be sorely missed.
