very good better than the liquid and great for rearing and keeping ecoli at bay which is a big risk early in the year , helps tighten loose droppings as well ;)

Yeah I am a fan of it also, using it when the yb's are rearing I felt made a good wee difference! I also felt better than putting orego stim in the water! I now put honey and garlic in the days I used to put orego stim, works for me imo

What worries me with fanciers feeding this stuff, and putting things in the drinkers to "tighten droppings" is that it appears there being used as a masking agent for something underlying in the bird, as a healthy birds droppings should be "tight all year round". I'm not saying using these pellets is wrong, as with all pellets they have a good level of protein and different percentages of protein throughout the year are good.

Shurely if the birds are not right it wont matter what you give (non medic)it wont stiffen up the droppings.jmo

I tried them for the first time this year while the pigeons were moulting and to be honest I didn't see any difference in the droppings or the pigeons so I wont be in a hurry to use them again.

you must have seen the differance! my loft is orange lol

I used them last year, and my young birds came on a treat so im using them aagin this year and the young birds on coming on brilliantly, I think i'll use them every year for breeding.
