I have 39 youngsters on the darkness system, all of which are coming along fine, they are starting to fly off in all directions when out. Tonight I was gifted 2 cracking youngsters from John Quin, so my current total is 41 youngsters.

24 IN THE 1ST SECTION AND TOOK A FEW AWAY TODAY I NOW HAVE 20 IN THE 2ND SECTION TAE MAYBE ANOTHER 15 OR SO IN THE NEXT WEEK OR SO AND THAT WILL BE IT FOR MY 18 X 6 YB LOFT

48 on the dark all inoculated ---then 2 got the sickness ,got the cure straight in the water fixed them ,most through the moult and flying the hevens off ,1 hour plus they just want to fly.gearing up for paratipus [spelling] jab ---8 day treatment befor innoculation.all been in the basket a few times and crossed fingers no losses.

young look like old ones and would grace any show pen --will try and get some pics on and you can make your own mind up.

36 on the darkness (was nearly only 29 today) 7 went missing for hours and came back in 1 and 2s .about 20 in the nest for 2nd round natural .

74 youngsters on the darkness, maybe another 30 natural, most ive ever had. Boy can they go through the feeding! Need a 2nd job!

i have 30 and just weaned off last few days

Well i have been true to myself and bred far fewer than in previous years, so right now i have 18 weaned most of which are just taking off around the loft and landing again, and some who are just weaned into the section.

At the end of this week i will add about 18/20 to the section and that's it for racing. Will no doubt take some late bred birds but i will curtail their numbers too this season.

What i have noticed is my Yb's are leaving the nest with plenty meat on their bones, so it all augurs well for the season ahead

Got 60 on darkness up and flying well. Another 12 on there way 2moro that i was gifted brian may rotherham. Still got a pair 2 get from turpie and mccord and 2 from airdrie 2 on here so 76 out there for the mr bop
