Could everyone make sure that they have upgraded their Unikon ets to 3.01E  .IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THIS IS DONE IMMEDIATELY

when upgrading to  3.01E do you have to synchronise your clock as with the last upgade

because it deletes all information on clock

Just get a loan of a clock that has been updated and put it in your base station

Thanks for reply  I can do the upgrade but need to know if you need to synchronise

clocks as before because it wiped all the information off clock after upgrading to v3.0

as don't want to do my own and muck the other club members clocks up as I do everything on my own computer as the club doesn't have one

Not sure as I aint got ETS but surely no one sends to national without a rubber on do they Derek??

ets birds are rubbered as well but alot of folk dont set a second clock :-/ For the sake of £1, I would set an other clock

i think with all the Unikon problems anybody who doesn't have birds rubbered and take a second clock is stupid!

How would you feel to get the National winner and find the union doesn't give it a time or clocks it as a trainer etc?

Dont think they would be to happy at the marking station if you went with ETS and then ask to be rubbered as well, but Ican see what you mean especially as they seem to be having so many problems in Scotland.

All our clocks were updated at Newmains on monday night but i phoned Ray Night on sunday afternoon about what hapenned to our clocks in the race on the saturday and he told me the new update would sort out all the problems we have had re..clocks deleting all the doos registered in them and clocking in all the doos that were already in them from training etc ( he also told me it would be a good idea to make sure all your trainers are erased before you take the clock to the club on a friday night )

For anyone to send pigeons to a race of such importance, purely relying on the unfinished project which is UNIKON ETS is ludicrous. Why these systems were giving the ok by the relevant unions, when they are clearly unreliable is anyone's guess. For me, i would not entertain using one of these systems AT THIS PRESENT MOMENT IN TIME.One day maybe, but i for one, will wait till it is actualy reliable 100% of the time before i would put my trust in it.
