  6. A report on the Ypres incident is on the SNFC web site and explains the investigationi into the events at the marking station with no fingers pointed at anyone so don't see what all the fuss is about.
  7. Yes John in years gone by nearly everyone tried to have an entry in Rennes race and it created great interest in the villages even among non fanciers if only we could create that environment again.
  8. Yes John the best supported but at the expense of the channel races, the mistake our forefathers made was not stating channel racing in the constituition instead of long distance

  12. Don't know where some fanciers get the idea that BOP don't hunt in wet weather, had an attack on some of my y bds An hour ago and it was chucking it down, rcoming back in ones and twos still 5 to come .
  13. Great to have you back, just take it easy.
  14. Yes DEl thi happend this afternoon and it's not easy telling a non fancier you can't come straight away,I was lucky Billy was near hand. I have still to hear if the c.fed have traced the owner so the steam has been coming out my ears to think they have not even bothered to keep a record of their sale list.
  15. I donated this pigeon to Central fed sale and was assured by the president I would be told who bought it Needless to say that never happend it was reported today in a brewery in Alva this afternoon and told it would need to be picked up before 5 o'clock.which left me the responsibility as it had not been transferred, fortunately my friend Billy McLaren from Tillicoultry picked it up for me while I contacted the secy. of C.fed who had no idea who bought it.So I will doubt if I will be donating to sales in the future I must have donated over 20 ybs to sales this year and could count in one hand the few who informed me who bought them, this is nothing new I have had all this hassle before but enough is enough
