29th April 2010 chipped out (either that or first week in May) 2nd young bird race end of July 2010 topped fed (well over 2000 birds as well) She'll be going over the channel this year, we kept her inland last year
It was www.weatherpigeon.co.uk or weatherpigeons but - not any more ! Could be something to do with making a few (serious) mistakes predicting the weather for racing pigeons...............
Adenosan is a mixture of 'crucifers and immunoglobulins' crucifers - are vegetables it doesn't sound to me as if it contains actual 'medication' but whether it would be harmful to young birds in the nest - I do not know
Been buying them the last few weeks I use a lot as well Hope I don't lose them Prices DID increase today Overseas postage has gone through the roof......almost doubling for packets (and that includes sending to Southern Ireland) Surface mail for packets has increased from £1.12 to £2.20 for 100g airmail from £1.49 to £2.70 (Europe)
Club sent 309 birds - down 170 on last week - as most members weren't happy with the forecast Mind after saying its going to be a West wind all week - I can't believe the TV Weather forecast tonight has got tomorrow as an East wind
Could also be from Hartlepool - and the poor bu*gers just put its head down and gone for it !! Racing today from Worksop Ring issued to Belle Vue Homing Society Hartlepool fed secretary 01429 280169 Club secretary 07970 424547 I've given the fed secretary's number - as I personally wouldn't call a mobile number - as it's too expensive (as opposed to it costing nothing for me to ring a landline !!)
All home from todays racing 27/27 - but plenty missing from other club members (we left all the yearling cocks at home - but sent all the yearling hens)
