  1. Did you read the write up in the BHW ? It made interesting reading, as well as being a thoroughly entertaining article (page 37, 14th September 2012 issue) 50 lofts throughout the UK providing birds (N Renton, S Aitchison, Scotland, Nev Evans, Lister Bros UNC to name but a few)- and 50 offspring of skemmies (ferals) resident in a barn in Kirkbymoorside It was pretty much 50/50 from the first few back - but the returns?? 22 lost from the 'top lofts' out of 50 - only 2 skemmie babies lost out of those 50 out of the first five races. Skemmies - all named - the likes of 'Stumpey', 'Porridge', 'Scruff', Proceeds to 'Children in Need'
  2. There are a collection of Dutch Islands in the Caribbean Curaçao being one of them De Snelvlucht is the club (presumably) It is rather confusing because there is a Dutch pigeon club - in the Netherlands called Snelvlucht 8540 The pigeon number? 2008 the year? There are a couple of collectors on here who have (had) these rings namely pompey.jas and REDFOXKRAUTHS (do a search LOL !!!)
