1st training toss about 8 miles x 2 Move on to 15 miles x 3 ( these 2 points have been done now) Then about 22 miles x 3 one or two tosses at 35 miles They will get a 45 mile toss before the first race ( which is 55 miles ) other times they will get the 22 mile toss if its late - all training done after work in the evenings

The majority are actually from the West Durham Amalgamation not the UNC, and for sending to inland races within the 7 days following a channel race, not sending to channel races. All UNC Channel races are atleast 14 days apart. It is still no excuse whoever they are.

The point I was trying to make is in the text - for humans, the liver stores enough supplies for 3 - 5 years unless a vegetarian. Treatment is by injection. Most humans with pernicious anaemia are actually menopausal women !!!!!!
