  2. Na canna be harder to fly in to than the Lanarkshire surely I,m nae believing that lol :emoticon-0140-rofl:
  3. Guys I don't know why you,se are having a dig at Davie he is under no obligation to post anything about liberating doos or any other news about our doos like basketing going ahead as usual on here so please lay off him as there is a lot of members that rely on this site to get the liberating times ect . That can't afford to phone the lib line week in week out . Good luck to all this weekend and Davie keep posting the news on this site please as some members rely on it like I said jmo robbie
  4. I was hoping to send my 15 this weekend but don't like the forecast so not sending I can't afford to take any chances we such a small team but good luck to all who is racing this weekend
  5. Well done that man give credit where it's due if it was the macs the whole world would know about it being a super doo .i remember about 7 or 8 year ago robbie McDonald won our fed young bird race from arninston 132 mile I could be wrong but I,m sure he won it by about 30 minutes with some Belgium youngsters he took over IMO the doo just wanted home quick .. Before I get hung for posting this dry your eyes
  6. Time to see if your a man of your word at the AGM . Are you still going to offer your services to the fed as the new race controller for next season or are you going to bottle it . I know which one i would put my money on but good luck if you do get the job you said you are wanting to do it ..
  7. you still going for the job ?????
  8. Well done delboy on winning also makes it being able to pick your nominated doo sign of a good doo man well done pal
  9. Well said I think the majority of fanciers are to soft on their doos as regards to which distance they can send them .
  10. Del I the strange thing about it she has been nailed before she came home from Perth 2 year ago with her neck ripped open how she got home in the state she was in puzzled me a game wee hardy hen fckin bop .just shows you when you lose a good doo you know something has happened to it
  11. John SU10 NE 40 is my doo she topped the fed from battle last year 480 mile I lost her from battle this year on the 30th of June . I thought something must of happened to her the reason she was,nt home . Thanks for posting this and letting me know Robbie
  12. So why did our fed liberate if your doos never cleared could this be the reason for such a crap race from 200 miles ??
  13. Think back don't think we did was there not 15 minutes between libs
  14. Don't think there's anyone worrying Davie we all know there is no chance of them coming up the road together in fact I dare say with the amount of birds on both lorry s we could and should of went together to Thornton IMO as Perth is a sht hole .jmo
  15. I was thinking the same
  16. John are you serious dear me . Phil get them in the transporter like blackly says up they reckon its best if you get your youngsters to arninston at least
  17. Don't know why there is so many fanciers obsessed with Ypres when it's not even 500 mile to them and they want long distance racing
  18. The mans lost 30 youngsters and your trying to crack a joke :crying:
  19. Best doo in the fed by a country mile in my eyes . Fair chuffed to see you boys up there get a shot o being on the fed result well done .
  20. I agree with you George why we have 9 young bird races is beyond me when most of the other Feds in the country have 6 or 7 I feel with the 9 races it starts to get boring . May be a good idea like your saying starting the young eens 2 or 3 weeks later this gives the working fanciers more time to school their doos properly and give the family man time to take his wife and kids on a wee holiday without missing a race . It would also save putting more unneeded miles on our lorry which is in its last legs anyway . Whilst we are on the subject does anyone know the reason why Rotherham was dropped from the programme and a needles short race put in instead .
  21. There's not many of them around well done Tammy
  22. Stuart I got my good hen hame this afternoon she has a cut down her side and by the looks and feels of her she has been living rough chuffed to see her . Bet your chuffed to see your doo but at the same time wander what she might of done if she never got hurt ?. As for the sad person who either caught her or got her in you are a sad person who dose,nt deserve to be a doo man
  23. Thanks John I have been told by a couple of older fanciers to put her to stock that was before I sent her to Alencon . She is breeding doos that have topped the fed for me but she is such a good racer herself catch 22 I was determined she was going to do well from Alencon in which she might of done barring injury
  24. Fair chuffed just got my good hen hame the noo fae Alencon she has had a bad knock but god I feel like I have won the section I am that chuffed to see her .Roll on next years gold cup race :emoticon-0140-rofl:
