Sammy some fanciers think they live in the west and start feeling sorry for themselves if they took a reality check and looked at a map they would find they live in central Scotland . Pity some would,nt put the same effort into their doos instead of wringing on here . you must of been some doo man cause nobody else up here can or could do that . i have flown well we my auld doos for the last few years but with the youngsters i have sent to the YBN 3 or 4 times and not got one in race time that i can think of . saying that i dont have the same motivation for youngsters . maybe you could enlighten us up here in how to do it ??

derek what you have to remember is not all have that kind of money . i dare say that some of the names that is on the list are either unemployed/on mobilaty or on state pension so i feel that a bit of consideration should go into the entry fee after all its just a bit of fun jmo .

i have food in front of my doos 24/7 and they dont pair apart from sometimes you will get the odd hen looking at another one . i must also say my hens are not in the same section 2 nights in arow

why keep the hens short of food if you dont need to ??

tam i dont seem to get frost on it there is a lampost 6 feet away from my loft i could go in to my loft anytime during the night and feed the doos its never dark inside

tam i have polycarbonate on my loft and i dont get condensation maybe cause there is enough air flow coming in or no but i dont get any condensation jmo
