I enjoy going to this show cracking bunch o guys and top quality pigeons on show here every year. Will get to it if I can make it ,been run off my feet lately. Ps it's prob the best quality pigeon show around .

Yes Steven IMHO too far south ,the way it is section F is prob the biggest in Britain ,from Stranraer to Oban . If this was the national flying club in England there would be at least two sections in that vast area .

Aye robert but the snfc rules state to be in west section ,u must fly over 500miles from Rennes ,or equivalent race . These rules need sorting . I objected a couple of years back to one result stating this rule , although I got some sympathy from the then secretary Andy graven ,it got thrown out .

Bang on billy , it also swells and when scraped becomes hairy and it breaks down , even when painted . And double threaded screws are by far the best for mdf or chipboard .

Yes it does pal , but I'm not the only one they don't talk to read Earlier post about ,letting go as fanciers birds are arriving home , I've spoke to loads of controllers each week , when they are crossing us we are just about home , they cross prob around 4 or 5 Feds each week ,I wonder how many are contacted by them , prob none , Ayrshire south road I spoke to robert reid on a weekly basis , this year not one call from their controller , yes I found out what time they were going etc from others sitting next to them . Yes it's a two way street , but seems to be mostly one way .

What Andy is saying is ,IMHO , the race controller not doing his job right ? Surely he must contact Feds his birds would be crossing over ,especially at the lib point , never once have I spoke to any Ayrshire north road race controller in the years since doing the job for Glasgow ,and they cross our path just about every week . FACT

Looked at result just like to say what a brilliant LOFT performance from Andy Miller 5 birds in first 11 open , well done Andy one of the best all round lofts in Scotland .

Got to agree del .the crap that Gareth went through earlier with the snfc would have put most guys off being part of this once great sport . All the best to John Jim and to Gareth ,good luck .
