  4. Well i asked the question ,and i am surprised really with the amount of fowk that think its being done (drugging i mean) .The thing that i would be saying is that it would be a very costly affair to test birds .I think yes ,certain substances could be banned by all unions ,what they would be i dont know but i am sure a vet, chemist could give a ruleing on what to ban. There is a helava lot of potions out there.
  5. Sunny start to the day here, a bit chilly but we have been lucky up to now regards weather.

    Medication

I have tried the treatment thing when they get sick ,you might get them over it but as sure as anything they are the ones that get lost first even from tossin ,a built in abitlity to throw of infections is what i will aim for.I think the normal treatment for worms ,kancker, cocci is a must other than that no .
  9. Does pairing up latter have same effect ,full wing, not on last flights etc ,what did we do without darkness oh yes!! had less losses ,synical ok ! maybe.

    Hopper

I am feeding a mixture and there is nothing left on floor ,the birds can only go in to feed 2 at a time ,where the food sits is like a shallow v so that it doesnt come to the actual front of hopper and they are kind of forced to stretch slightly ,its made of galvanised metal .Believe it or not i am pleasantly surprised.

    Hopper

I think i asked on here what fowk thought of hopper feeding well i started it about 10 days ago and i am fine pleased ,i thought they might pick and choose ,scatter ,and waste food but the hopper i got is about 600 high by 250 square it holds 10kg of corn 2birds can feed at a time .I got from Regency chicken feed hoppers ,so sorted!!
