Sunny here nice day toss about 12o-clock i think.

Plenty fresh air good ventilation ,as for light not to much i would say remember the doos use the loft to rest and perch up,sit their eggs they need to feel in safe enviroment.If you see a doo on the nest a lot of time they spend facing back of box.With widowhood a lot of guys shut the cocks up in their box for the sake of them resting ,and dull lighting.

Well i suppose when you give your opinion on something and expect a civalised response you dont always get it ,so now its gone from training ,to me wishing to persecute birds of pray, to my opinion being worth nothing or words to that effect,and who are the right people obviously not you .But my question was do we need to train or not.

Well on my concerns even if off topic ,do all large orginisations ie SHU,IHU,RPRA meet ,and also put enough money or time into overcoming this problem ,do Federations delagates up and down the country meet with other feds, delegates ,maybe the donations made through pigeon orginisations should be redirected to fighting this cause ,how about a fund for this ,i am speaking about 30 year mine nothing changed with this ,and as for fed doing f--k all i should have said Federations & affiliated orginisations.The only way to overcome this is with change in law.It also seems if you dont go to a Fed meeting you have no right to an opinion ,that seems to be the impression you are giving out well,if i am fit i will if not i will continue to discuss and give my opinion on site in this forum.

Well that went from my question to birds of prey and what can be done well stop giving to charity and funnel the money into lobbeying press and politicians ,try to let people see the real concerns we have and work to change law ,and for those who say this would take to long ,this problem has been here for nearly 30 year to my knowledge and whats been done by feds and the big orginisations f--k all as far as i can see.

The thing is i have started training ,the thing is you take them 10 -15 mile and they hit the roof as yer parkin the car and you, or should i say i think ,is it worth it i wonder??,its all private training up here you just have tae take them yourself. I have a good mind tae just take them 20 odd mile and cut out all the little runs .

Does everyone train there birds ,if they are fit and flying well at home ,do they need to be learnt way home ,or are we waisting time ,after all they have inbuilt homing instinct what do you yhink.

I am looking for something to put in drinker for a tonic ,something to boost them up when training ,racing etc ,what do you recomend all opinions welcom ok.

I take garlic cut it up ,put it in large bottle add water this can sit for days sealed,make up a few bottles at a time and put some in drinker every day ,are you lads saying this is wrong???

Why garlic oil,give them cloves of garlic in drinker works grand.

I use these cat deterent things ,1 solar, 2 rechargeable battery .Before i got them i had 5-6 cats bothering my birds ,there is a guy across the road feeds all the stray cats in the area so you see my prob ,but now since using deterents just 1 cat still hasnt got the hint ,i actually think it is deaf,so have other deterent for it soon.Got them of ebay 14-£15 each.
