  1. have tried it not for me m8 theres only one snfc for me problems or no problems but everyone has there own opinion mines is they should both be together but looks like its a can of worms better left unopened
  2. am yanking yer chain vince nothing wrong with it but its changed days i sent 6 to yb nat had 280 pounds on them and a ten pound one bird nom i was 4th section with the first 9th section and ten pound nom with my 5th bird and had 3 inbetween them only 12 pigeons timed in the section in race time but only two of my birds got on the result the the bird that was 4th sect and the bird that was 9th because it won the nom and i won my own money back 280 pounds never went back

  12. looks a nice one joe hope he breeds winners for you pal he is full bro to 8th section clermont 13 section clermont and half bro to 30th section maidstone 14th section alencon
  13. agree m8 but line of flight first for me then round the clock if you like they must learn the straight road home or as near as you can get first i find once a yb is trained the wrong way first ie east or west it tends always to come that way jmo
  14. makes no diff where the birds come from sparko teach them the line of flight and if they can they will come that way education from the same spot 20 to 30 miles away as often as you can before racing starts till they know the route inside out then its up to them if there good enough they will get a turn good luck with them m8
  15. i would always train on the line of flight if pos sparko with youngbirds you have to teach them the short route home ie the line of flight in the hope they will fight to hold that line every time they race
  16. well done to billy top guy top fancier and toms the best scribe in britain imo good interesting stuff
  17. agree billy but hard work and training 3 times a day is another ball game to auld and gettin to lazy for that 3 times a week is enough for me and two hours round the loft if could train them to go to elvanfoot and fly back on there own id be over the moon can hardly catch the f k rs noo to slow and can hardly bendown yer turn will come m8 lol
  18. got to say i found the old jan aardens to be gutsay hardy pigeons have not tried the new ones that are on the market now so cant comment on them but would think it would have to be a distance strain for a hard terrain like mountains jmo m8 but as pat says you will have to try them to find out
  19. lots of ways you can make it a level playing field by colours ist cheq white flight hen first yearling mealy cock an so on write them all down and draw them out a hat each week or for one race can even make it a ladies prize a hairdo or manicure facial or a tan stand for a few weeks keep the wifes happy and you can get away with murder lol
