the birds would all have to registered in one "members" name. I think I have seen the RPRA and other one loft races was entered in nationals or classic races. The breeders name would not be on the result it would only be ackowledged in the press. I dont think the winner of this years ybn was bred where it was raced

Cant believe the over the top reaction to winning one game. Yes it was a good result but you would think they had won the world cup final 10 - 0. Players getting talked about as legends. The 1967 team are legends but to class the present lot in the same league is an insult to McNeill, Johnstone etc. If Benfica win the next game you are struggling to get out of the group.

Played a lot of games with no striker unless you call headless chicken miller a striker. The main problem is too many players are not good enough. Just because they play in the premiership doesnt mean they are international class.

Very interesting reading. Good to see the reports of the 1000 mile club race from Palamos when Bert Stewart won. There was great interest in racing from Palamos up to the Dundee and Angus area at that time. Clockie will know a bit more of the history. He even timed from Palamos.

Have seen young birds at Blackpool which must have been rung in December. SHU rings not supposed to be issued to members before 4th or 5th I think. Always thought RPRA were posted out to arrive on 2nd Jan but I think studs or others "in the know" nust be able to get them earlier JMO
