  1. Theres plenty owls on Mull right enough Andy, last time I was over parked the car to watch 2 hunting. Was surprised as it was daylight but they were definitely owls. Don't think I need bother trying to feed this one as will let it away tomorrow as I said but did the one you got eat without any trouble? Take a wee bit more than lifting a wee bird of the road to make up for some my sins Steve
  2. Found this in the middle of the road on the way home tonight. Think its okay, it flew onto perch in the dog crate so will let it go tomorrow where I found it. Lovely wee thing

  6. Anybody come across this from Bamfords. Can one mix really do pretty much everything or would it do as a base mix to add to for rearing, racing, moulting etc? MULTI-TASK All the latest information on our popular new mix, Multi-Task Multi-Task by Name, Multi-Task by Nature Bamfords Top Flight are proud to announce a new premium pigeon mixture into our already extensive range of high quality feeds. Multi-Task is a high performance complete mix made from over 20 carefully chosen ingredients. These ingredients have been specially selected from the finest seeds, pulses and cereals to provide your birds with the high levels of carbohydrates, proteins and fats they require to fulfill their maximum potential. To further improve this specialist mixture, Multi-Task is unique in containing the newly improved Bamfords Orego Stim Pelllets (BOS Pellets). The inclusion of BOS Pellets will help to support the natural health of your birds whilst providing them with much needed Vitmains, Minerals and Trace Elements. Added to this Multi-Task is also a highly versatile mixture and will benefit your birds at any point in the seasons, being suitable for Breeding, Racing & Moulting. Multi-Task really is value, without the compromise! Breeding The refined protein ingredients in Multi-Task allow the parent birds a less arduous job in rearing their young. The inclusion of pre-cooked BOS Pellets with 18% protein, can be readily digested and transferred to the squabs with a minimum of effort, leaving the old birds in much better condition at weaning. The youngsters too, will benefit from the natural health support afforded by the Orego Stim contained in the BOS Pellets, and their feathering will also have added lustre due to quality of oil seeds in the mix. Rearing Youngsters reared on the Darkness system will greatly benefit from Multi-Task as they go through that first rapid body moult. The inclusion of Sunflowers, Hemp, Linseed and Rapeseed, will replenish the feathering with a silky smooth finish. Racing The high levels of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, make Multi-Task an ideal mixture for racing at all distances. With both Popcorn and Red Maize, as well as a variety of smaller energy seeds, means Sprint racing is well covered; while proteins help build up muscle and prepare for the tougher races ahead. The Multi –Task oil and fat seeds are well placed to gradually improve body condition, which is vital in preparation for long distance events. Moulting Multi-Task is an ideal mixture for your birds to cope with the rigours of the Moult, and complete a smooth transformation into a shiny new coat. Composition Popcorn Maize, BOS Pellets, Safflower, Paddy Rice, Maples, Wheat, Red Dari, White Dari, Linseed, Black Rapeseed, Buckwheat, Tares, Mung Beans, Dun Peas, Blue Peas, Barley, Red Maize, Canary Seed, Naked Oats, Millet, Small Sunflower, Black Sunflower, Hemp.

  11. http://glamgouldians.com/product-moxidectin.php The stuff in the link above is 2mg/ltre moxidectin. hence 5ml per litre dosage. I used Cydectin (which is moxidectin) 1mg/ltre moxidectin hence 10ml per litre dosage I gave it for two days on Franks advice and have had no problems, his thoughts were some doos might not drink enough during one day because of the taste. Al.
  12. I gave Frank stuff a while ago. it Was Cydectin and im sure correct dosage was/is 10mm to a litre. He may have got different stuff since then though.
  13. I did 10ml to a litre and worked a treat,
