Thanks to all who took the time to reply to the survey I had 175 replies from Both sites

 

The suspense was killing me so called a halt to it

 

I bet the statisticians have a sore head working this out

Me personally if ye didn't submit a survey report back to Ian then you shouldn't get to see the results jmo and if ye Dinnae get YBs then the survey's of no interest to you anyway

Point taken but the survey was for my big nose as it bothered me as to why some got it and some did not

 

I also wondered why them that got it usually got it the following years

 

Why a person I know who does not train with anyone else put his Young Birds in for there first race think he was second club and fell foul of it on Sunday morning and got it this year?

 

I did not imagine the survey would grow as big as it did

 

Info has been sent to statisticians for review

 

The damage this is doing to Clubs and Feds is horrendous just how many birds do we lose annually to this problem

 

So the results will be published as promised for all to come to there own conclusions

 

But I may take it further as I have had a very good response but am sure with more co operation it could go further after all it cost you nothing to reply and it confidential

Agree with you Roland about those that don't get it and submitted these fanciers are entitled to see the results they were not the fanciers I was getting at and with them submitting hopefully will help those that do get it avoid it apologies for the confusion to all the fanciers that submitted

Yes those who didn't / wouldn't submit / should be deemed not interested and as such wouldn't be interested in the results, so nuts to them, I agree in that case 'Don't bother to send them a copy'.

Maybe more work though for Ian in as much as sending 100 results out instead of just one post ... Then one may still argue though 'In the interest of the fancy at large ......' etc.

i have seen the "final draft" and , blimey it confused me , couldnt follow it easily at all (maybe thats just me). yet Ian is working hard to get a couple more professionals to look at it , i am hoping it will make more sense when they reply .
