The N.I.P.A. are in Roscrea for the third race of the season, the birds have bean liberated at 10-30am in a light northerly wind. In the Dublin area the wind is coming from 010 degrees ( Northerly ) at 4 Knots the temperature is 8 degrees and the cloud height is few at 1800ft, so good luck to all.
