Water Boy Posted December 28, 2015 Report Posted December 28, 2015 Why do some fanciers give Nystatin after they treat with antibiotics?? What's the Benifits and is it nessicary.
Tony C Posted December 28, 2015 Report Posted December 28, 2015 Tis said the sugary content of antibiotics can feed Candida/Thrush. Nystan/Nystatin eliminates Candida/Thrush.

philg50 Posted December 30, 2015 Report Posted December 30, 2015 Thrush i thought only happens with the over use of antibiotics ,or the long term use of said antibiotics,so that being the case why over dose then what you would then give is a composition that helps the build up of good bacteria in the intestines IMO.
Roland Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 Thrush is simply a canker.OR more important Canker is but a thrush. Hence treatment for thrush is same as for canker. There are about about 33 different strains of canker.

peter pandy Posted January 2, 2016 Report Posted January 2, 2016 AS one who partakes in the conversion of grape to wine I believe one should ascertain the benefits of killing yeast by E202. It certainly kills yeast but I would endeavour to understand where Yeast and their are many different types can be used in the non antibiotic discussion where E202 which stops fermentation can be applied to this situation BUT I am sure someone will clarify this post. ???.
