you should watch the tides Austy, if the tide is in you get more land fog, but if out the fog goes with it, is the different heat between the water and air, causing it just now

I was always told dot not let hens out after mid day during the winter months!! Hope you have got them all back in safely MJB

we do not let any birds out during winter,soon as racing is finished then they are in till mid March the following year

It is up to you. I always have my birds out over the winter months not every day but often. My old mentor the late great Eric FOX told me they need to keep fit flying out. He would have the hens out until mid day get them in then let the cocks out. MJB
