so are the snrpc getting better raceing with them ?

The point I am putting across John is getting the two together eventually , the longest race last two years with the snfc has been a joke going with English orgs , so would it not be beneficial to go together to this race ,on your own two races. But one lib ? It's a start that's all . Then ? Who knows , ps I couldn't believe the race /returns the snrpc got from Troyes with only 86 birds , and a lot never sent because of the prospect of only 100 birds or so from that distance.

Aye mate there always are .im just getting the feel how fanciers think of going to a race together before any AGM,s ,and hopefully they go and vote for it . Then as I say we can see what happens after that , I was very optimistic after last years snrpc AGM , when it was spoken about with a positive response from the members in the hall .

I don't know but I bet you none of the birds in there baskets had their foot caught old ripped bit of. Hessian which stops the bird getting a drink or even get out when libbed so this could cause them to have better racing IMO :animatedpigeons:

There is too much bitterness and resentment,my opinion it will never happen even with all the good intentions and ideas being put forward

Aye yer right m8, I was very surprised he sent with the SNRPC.I know he was trying to get an edge on Bilsland for the yb nat the following week but it didn't happen :emoticon-0127-lipssealed::emoticon-0138-thinking:

Think now he is a member he will send to inland races next year ! And why not .

Colin you don't have to resign from the snrpc like you do in the snfc ,just pay your money before a certain date each year .

After yesterdays Lanarkshire Race meeting the inland and young bird Nationals are finished here in the West. They should do the honourable thing and go back to Rennes and Nantes and leave the rest to the Federations .

Totally agree Andy

So if the National are to use the Lanarkshire transporters as it seems they are the only ones suitable for transporting pigeons, does that mean that Lanarkshire are having a few free weeks with no racing?

You appear to be saying it's OK for Federations to joint convoy with each other to give bigger birdage and save on transport costs, but not with a National?

I would think that the national men/women in the west will still send to the nationals its far more prestigious than any amal, combine, joint convoying, etc etc

they will prob send to both, and your national birdage might even increase

as your birds will be used to coming up the west which should increase your chances of open positions
