Would think that all organizations that are listed on the back page of the BHW during the racing season with their lib site for that week would have booked them through the RPRA.

i do not think any scottish non rpra feds contact the rpra or pay site fees for the privelige. so why would the rpra have anything to do with their requirements or queriies re rpra sites.

im sure your wrong there think all have to paye rpra to use the licensed sites

at ingleton you are paying the owners of the site not the rpra. On what do you base your surity rab.

ot sure who you pay but im sure you need to let rpra know you are going to use the site .

i know its the rpra that license the site for liberation and its there code number, also they print in the homming world that no one is allowed to lib from certain sites as there no longer recognised sites and it was always the rpra you notified that you were libbing at one of there recognised sites which they then added to the list of feds in the brittish homming world , as far as im aware the shu has never listed sites themselves and only the rpra done this , also beleive the shu got there distances from the rpra using there site code numbers at one point :emoticon-0167-beer: I cold be wrong but 99% certain rpra always dealt with the coding of the sites :emoticon-0167-beer:

if you are useing rpra sites the feds notify the rpra and at the end of season the rpra bill the feds for the use of them. regarding distances the shu I believe obtain them from the rpra but the shu use ther own code numbers

When I was Federation Secretary I lettered Racecourses or Local Councils for availability and fee for use of their ground to facilitate a liberation of racing pigeons. I never at any time paid the RPRA, very rarely paid Local Councils and Racecourses always demanded a fee where a gatekeeper was employed to obtain entry.

so you just went anywhere you wanted to lib then :emoticon-0138-thinking: :emoticon-0138-thinking: surely the racepoint must have a code and where did the code come from Peter :emoticon-0167-beer:

A.G.M. of Federation members decided the race programme and any new liberation sites. S.H.U. supplied measurments and distances as required. Why should any Fed Sec contact the RPRA ? They dont own sites and have nothing to do with sites. Should 10 transporters turn up at a site they would normally liberate with the furthest going first. Common sense is used most of the time.

no problem peter as I said all rpra sites have to booked through the rpra unless you are going to a private site which you book yourself
