lanarkshire lad Posted February 14, 2013 Report Posted February 14, 2013 have you tried this mix?thinking of changing over from..uk breed & wean.thanks in advance Never heard of it whats in it?
Wiley Posted February 14, 2013 Report Posted February 14, 2013 Had a look at it, was as all versa laga mixtures well thought of, but in my opinion I'd prefere less maize and more protein in my mix while the birds are on the dark. The protein levels of dark ic are only around 12%, I prefere to use a general moulting mixture, which can be between 18-20% protein. The idea is to help replenish the new feathers. Once of the dark the feed and work rate is changed dramatically.

geordie1234 Posted February 15, 2013 Report Posted February 15, 2013 Coxydene is well worth the drive for me 30 mile each way but only go once a month and when racing season starts the doos can come for a toss too. They are always well stocked nothing worse going to get feeding and they don't have what you want
