Had a look at it, was as all versa laga mixtures well thought of, but in my opinion I'd prefere less maize and more protein in my mix while the birds are on the dark. The protein levels of dark ic are only around 12%, I prefere to use a general moulting mixture, which can be between 18-20% protein. The idea is to help replenish the new feathers. Once of the dark the feed and work rate is changed dramatically.

If thats so,i will mix it with gerry

i found with junior uk breed and wean, you end up with bit eaters,ie leave the maples.

for the first 2 weeks after been taken away, mine are going on canadian maples.

then on to the dark mix, when they fly up into the pippo boxes,

then not long after onto darkness

all roads lead to rome as they say

Coxydene is well worth the drive for me 30 mile each way but only go once a month and when racing season starts the doos can come for a toss too. They are always well stocked nothing worse going to get feeding and they don't have what you want
