scott mca Posted June 30, 2011 Report Share Posted June 30, 2011 Started at 7 miles 1 toss have moved up to 12 miles 2 tosses have not had any problems so far i am training at 5am before i start work only way i can get them trained early rise but will try and go at least 4 times per week working up to 25 miles.
