Tony C Posted May 26, 2010 Report Posted May 26, 2010 Four naturals going to Perth with the NRCC Haven't made my mind up yet as to what or how many are going to Dunbar with the LNRC
JohnQuinn Posted May 26, 2010 Report Posted May 26, 2010 Every yearling fit to race goes this week from my loft, be about 14-20, as its the special Yearling Duplication race in Lanarkshire fed. Most are sitting again, 7-10 day eggs, but due to losses at the weekend some are now off their eggs and will race spare or pairing up with another single bird. Have to hold some for next weekends national from Bovingdon as they are paired to older birds i am sending there.

A very wise man once told me not to race ma doos according to a weather forecast, he was right cos its more often wrong than right.

A very wise man once told me not to race ma doos according to a weather forecast, he was right cos its more often wrong than right.most of the doos i have are old doos john and are hopefully bound for across the channel so not taking any chances with them this week if i think it's dodgy they will stay in the loft the morra
JohnQuinn Posted May 27, 2010 Report Posted May 27, 2010 most of the doos i have are old doos john and are hopefully bound for across the channel so not taking any chances with them this week if i think it's dodgy they will stay in the loft the morra Suppose if ma own team were mature doos i'd be thinking the same way, but its 95% yearlings i'm racing. I don't send older doos to this race anyway, i want the first doo in the clock to be a yearling It somehow makes me feel better :D
