Simply cannot believe the poor taste still within Scotland regarding us having 2 national clubs.

 

As I have already mentioned we are members of both and intend to be for years to come, some old farts harping about sitting on fences and mickey mouse this & that will not deter me from enjoying the sport and wanting to win more nationals Bring em on  

 

I am amazed some on here are slagging off the care of the SNRPC pigeons on Thursday / Friday gone. The SNRPC convoyer is quite simply the best in the business, I have always had utmost confidence in our pigeons welfare when in his hands, after all got 100% returns from Wanstead Flats This is the same guy who was the SNFC convenor not that long ago.... remember the Falaise 2 race in 2004 People have short memories.

Chris if you going to brag, Chris  yes you had a good transporter,  but it did nothing for the returns,  as its not  a 100% for every one you have had the same transporter last year 300-400 doos in comfort but  had  bad returns  think there was only 65 home that race  so the transport thing aint no  weapon to call to you armoury :-/

as you said  the bird age will be down for your next race as will the snfc  travling in style might not be all its cracked up to be

this was the original post,, a genuine light hearted opinion on the newbury snfc race,, [probably right as well ;D],, can we please leave the politics out of it,,maybe even praise the lads from the far north, for having the guts to send ,in any nationals  maybe  150  mile further than the shorter flying members [no offence to the shorter fliers, im sure they will agree,, anyway good luck to all

bigda why post rubbish most members at the  lanarkshire fed agm voted to go with the national why can't you except a descion made by the majority

i am fed up reading posts with your negative comments you are a fool maybe if it was a decent doo man maybe people would listen to you but you are not

just seen tomorrows weather, not good, so I think they need to go today, out of interest, how long do they keep the birds b4 they bring them up the road, what makes me ask is, this is obviously some Feds transporter, who will need it this weekend, or is that not the case?

According to my uncle they have to keep them down there until we get a race becuase its a open race.So if they don't go today they maybe go tomorrow or later.

looking dodgy for a race today, if they have to wait 2 hrs to see if it clears, imo they will know the risks, to leave it  any latter ,will not please the furthest fliers  and quite right too.

Yes Alf but there was no chance of anybody getting . But the North sec did quite well in the young bird national last year with a late lib.
