I'd like to say on behalf of all the members of the Moray Firth Flying Club how sorry we are to here of Dougie's passing and that our thoughts are with the family, Dougie was a true gentleman that always had a smile on his face no matter what,

When I first started with doos going to sales and shows Dougie was always ine of the lads that would come up for a blether and encourage me and give me a few tips.  Genuine good lad. Gutted for the family

Really sad to hear this yesterday. He was at the club only a couple of weeks ago and I always enjoyed his company. What I will remember most is his smile and his laugh because that is what he did all the time. Thoughts are with Carol and the family. Rest in peace pal 💙

R I P Dougie, always smiling,  used to visit Dougie regularly n put the world to rites going back to when he lived in Garmouth many moons ago,  will be a miss with the Elgin lads

there after to elgin city football club for teas
