VAGIN Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 The snfc office will be closed as from the 3rd of april can all mebers please contintue to forwad this years fees . I pesonally myself will not be joining this year as i see no national racing from europe . Inland nat maybe attractive to some members but not for me as my birds are long distance blood and cannot compete against sprinters or middle/ distant sprinters. I know a lot to do with it is location as I am one of the longest flyers in the snfc Ive decided to bow out . I do hope somethig comes good out of this pandemic that we are all part of. STAY SAFE .

VAGIN Posted April 14, 2020 Author Report Posted April 14, 2020 if your a full snfc member and don't pay your fees this year you will be debt suspended from flying in your fed as wellunless you resigned from the snfc before their AGM in january Where does it say that in the rules . In fact where are the rules ??????
DJWa Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 Where does it say that in the rules . In fact where are the rules ?????? read your SHU rule book page 17 rule 5
VAGIN Posted April 14, 2020 Author Report Posted April 14, 2020 SHU rule book page18 rule 15 does this not include the snfc as a specalist club
Henrik Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 Where does it say that in the rules . In fact where are the rules ??????In the Handbook you recieve every year with your race entry sheets etc, in Constitution and Rules, its rule no 4, under Subscriptions, and if youve no paid by now you'll be owed the £6 late charge as well
DJWa Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 SHU rule book page18 rule 15 does this not include the snfc as a specalist club SNFC fees are paid by 1st april if not paid you incur a £6 penalty for late payment along with your yearly payment of £36 look in your yearbook under subscriptions that also lays it out
Arranview Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 Tens of thousands dying all over the planet but the national want their Money lol
novo10 Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 If not getting old bird racing will we get our money back
Arranview Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 I'd rather it in my pocket as the nats, I'm sure it could've been put on hold to see where we are and if we race pay your fees at the first race
Kyleakin Lofts Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 SHU rule book page18 rule 15 does this not include the snfc as a specalist club Yet another anomaly in the SHU rules. I expect this should be clarified and may mean that if the specialist club has not paid their SHU fees, then the SHU will assume they are no longer specialist club members, but I don't know if this is what it means. If this was the case it would have been included to cover fanciers who were not federation club members, but were members of a specialist club.
clockman Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 Membership Fees 29 March 2020 Following several enquiries I have been asked by President W J Smith to remind members that membership fees should be paid by 1st April (see Rule 4 of Constitution & Rules). Fees paid after 1st April will incur £6 Late Penalty Charge. The majority of members have already paid their fees for this year - if racing is cancelled due to government restrictions the committee will review the situation and make a decision concerning fees.

geordie1234 Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 Jesus christ...a global pandemic and they want their fees....can we no wait until we see if we are going to be alive and racing in a month or so? Think of the pensioners or the sick isolating for 12 weeks and these guys are wanting 36quid or whatever it is.... got enough money in the bank to keep things ticking over....
tommy bhoys Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 if your a full snfc member and don't pay your fees this year you will be debt suspended from flying in your fed as wellunless you resigned from the snfc before their AGM in januaryyour wrong
geordie1234 Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 Are they wanting old age pensioners who have been told to ISOLATE for 12 weeks to go outside and post a cheque? Reality check required

VAGIN Posted April 15, 2020 Author Report Posted April 15, 2020 So will we get our fees back if there is no racing ??? A fellow fancier said to me its easier to get Universal Credit from the goverment. Than getting a refund from the SNFC
