    George, Lanarkshire doesn't have to be in any Amalgamation, the other Feds would be capable without Lanarkshire, but I thought the idea was to Amalgamate for joint liberations into a broad general area for the benefit of the pigeons and West of Scotland fanciers.

    I'm not involved with it, so cannot comment, but I think at this stage there is just a loose grouping of Federation Reps coming together to talk now and then. If this is the case, it requires to be organised with a committee.
