Cocci rears its head when the birds are either stressed, fatigued or ill. Rectify the problem and the cocci count will drop. If your going to treat for both I would start of by worming followed by the cocci treatment.

A lot of London/Essex birds were libbed out of Newark the same day and pigeons have been reported all up and down the country. A good chance it was in an East London loft ............. if it was South or West London you would've had an invoice attached to its leg for the food it was fed
If it were to be a joint liberation where all birds are competing against each other (an open) you could argue your not conveying another fed for hire or reward.
