Actually it Politicians are only partly to blame. Britain is for example still 3rd in overseas investments. Tony Benn - for instance - made a law that any money ploughed back into the company for better working condition, expansion, etc. etc would be 'Tax Free' but had to be in this country and benefit OUR workers... Of course the Tory goverment re worded it and Over seas was also counted. Hence cheaper for wheat from Kenya, etc. etc. Why we had to to close mines and steel works etc. so the Rich oversea's invest from HERE made vastly more profis... Mind untill the 60's- 70's we were the world's largest overseas investers. Why we fought Argintina, not for so called soveriegnity, but so we could put up strategic Forts to stop any one tapping up our minerals, gold etc. ... Yes the only way to take quanties is via ships... So it is really down to greed I uppose. UK If the British Government sent each and every one of us a £600 Rebate - as was done in the U.S of A. once via Reagan, and (incidentally worked very well and got the money moving around). If we purchase useless crap it will go to Taiwan and none of it will help the British economy. That's why I like mine flying out well, 10 day to 2 weeks before, clears any INNER fat. That is most important. Mell well leave them split why they do the first part, and then mix them 10 days after they have been flying out. Never use to split the sexes, and they flew out everyday, and mated up naturally end of March / April. Two rounds were ample. First year restricted their flying out. have to see what is what like, and still haven't planned when I'll mate them up! Will mate the stockbirds up after Blackpool week I think.

If one looks at the National, and Fed results of distance and hard races, one quickly realises, or should, that Natural win by far the most ... and hens far moreso than cock birds. So in reality it has to be late mated Natural. Cocks will win the easier ones, and hens the worthwhile ones- the ones remembered and really matter as against just 'Matter'.

Well done mucker... now you have a reason to get up earlier... feed the pigeons first, let them out etc. and then feen the baby! Often, on a serious note, the reseaon the pigeons improve, because of a enfored change of system etc. Good luck.

As you know Jason, Franks has as good as anyone Cessearts... indeed argueable some of the best birds within this continent of many strains. Further of course he won the King's Cup with a Cesseart and just after 2nd National from Thurso. I have bought quite a few from Frank these last two seasons, and am as of now morethan happy, so I know that cock bird is well worth more than £30.

Golly can't believe some of these posts. Was feeding Barly / wheat, a kittle maize. Linseed tib bits a little sometimes. Most droppings in the afternoon Nut brown etc. some green. Added Tic beans... same. Now fully tic beans and mostly green, which will be till system settles again. (will be for around 3 weeks unless gets cold, then will add Carbs to give them inner heat). Two tone geen slime even with mixed in white. No worries, as this may be one of umpteen reasons. Definately no probles, and certainly no call fo, for a vet. Check the tempretures for starers etc. etc.

I think one is also missing a couple or more of other things that affect the colour, condition - for want of a better word - . I.e Like TIME dropped. Weather. change of diet etc. etc. Droppings at say 4 in the morning will be totally differnt than 4 in afternoon etc.
