I have received a text from my surgery offering me a Meningitis vaccination which i thought was just for babies (no wise cracks please!) Anybody else been offered this or actually had the vaccines. My other half has had the vaccine for pneumonia - but I've never been offered it. Just seems strange how they can offer vaccines to some in the same age group but not others.

As I have only ever seen the flagellates under a microscope - and never seen canker as a lump of something. What exactly is it? What is it that is formed (from what and by what) I assume such a lump would be a very late stage canker (having never seen it before) would that be correct?
