The Irish races have been tried and run superbly for great money 1000 pounds for winning the yb race from mullingar but certain guys ruined when they thought they just had to turn up to win it and when they didn't win it was cheating, fix etc counting the doos liberated expletive remove who knows where theses races could've went but again the doo man killing his own hobby

I personally don't think it matters how many you send for example last week's Fed winner in Ayrshire only sent 2 birds which went in separate crates and was first and second Fed 2 birds coming together and beating guys that had around 100 entered just need luck and good birds imo

Correct Walter with only 800 odd birds getting liberated a family of 3/4 percys hitting them it's race over factor in the heat with birds scattered to the 4 winds just makes for a disaster there's nothing to stop those birds heading home in 3/4 batches into Glasgow and the race being won on the trap pigeons fly in a flock especially ybs it's the natural thing for them to do but unfortunately their getting split up umpteen times from short distances hence the shocking racing and returns at this time of year
