The icing on the cake would be to have the bird cooking on CCTV
-
Gordon Gaddis and willy gass

Yes I do the same I seem to be in a pos that I've had more than 25 in a season every one reported or fed and liberated nearer home but this is a sign of the times wee need to move with then or self disstruct our sport
-
I can't disagree with the fact that wee should send for the bird but as Walter says it's now very expensive and wee can help here if wee enforce the union rule all wee will do is drive the fanciers out and it's in enough problems just now without us turning the screw so just offer to take care of the situation and say I can find a good home for it sorted but wee need to loose a wee bit of stubourness don't mean this as a dig at any one as I've felt like you as well but times have changed

I can't understand why some have a go at things like that as u said willy they laid out what the rules/ prizes are before u start now if some one wants to update the car once they have won it that's up to them yes maybe it could have been a wee bit clearer about that but that's nothing like some of the close to the truth some big sellers do with the pencil when they exaggerate the pedigrees of the stuff they are selling if I don't agree with something I won't join all the best to all the jock birds go get them -
Thanks dale yes 30 quid spoke to Andy today
-
How much is it for a partnership
-
The birds will move no problems I would move the old birds into the new loft with nest boxes and settle them for a week then let them out a bit sharp on the food keep the old loft closed then feed them back into the new loft the clever ones will be in no probs. don't give in to the odd strangler that won't play the game lock it out it will go in in the morning it's just the same every year when wee move the yearlings from there y/ bird loft
-
George quite the opposite it works in well with my old bird prep. For the nat,s and allows me to really test my yearlings and 99 / of my birds that score from 550 Mls Plus are all darkness the fanciers that say it harms them are the non believers in darkness so a big NO it doesn't affect good birds at all
-
I hope u don't get them m8 but as u know it will prob happen sooner rather than later
-
Bang on Walter I have my old mentor say the same thing oh he also said once they are in the wheelie bin they will never prove u wrong Just put your early ones on it George and treat the rest natural
-
Oh yes wee do had them here in 2012 killing Mach. There y/ birds were in about jock hammils birds never seen anything like it jut 10 ft above my head they were all over the place his birds were in a blind panic then the mail/ female nailed one in the next garden to me I was only 6/7 ft from it bright red eye I hasten to add they never made it back in 2013 poor buggers Sory bit of a stutter there
-
I had a pair here 2012 killing machine the two y/ birds were in among jock hammils birds like rank armatures just ten feet above my head never seen anything like it but sad to say none of them came back last year
-
Spot on that's one of the things that will lift your game when something goes wrong wee have to contend with what wee have just now ( and I mean about all the problems BOP etc ) so give up or build a bridge and get over it
-
U can't Vince but u can plan what goes/ starts when and where and depending on the act racing u need to make up your mind how much work is needed for individual birds but as I say the whole thing has to be flexible
-
With a small team I usually have an out line plan for most of the way but it has to be flexible this year a wee bit different with my situation the two boys are on board and would love to get them a few club/ fed wins so a wee tweek is necessary good luck to all not long now
-
I send every yearling that's fit and ready to Arras 487 Mls and have scored nearly every time and all my good 550 ml birds have done that yes u will loose some but for me it's now a very big part of my selection process I wouldn't recommend this for new starters but for true distance fanatics like me I think it's a must
-
If it's the rpra it won't take that long for an individual membership if it doesn't need to go to a region
-
30/40 for me 10 or so for sales
