  9. Not sure of the reason for the sale ?
  10. Will try that Paddy, thanks.
  11. The C. B. Maude & Son partnership of Redcar had an entire clearance sale advert in last weeks BHW. A friend contacted me today, asking if I still had the write up on them in the BHW, which he said appeared back end of last year. I don't recall seeing this write up, however I may have missed it ?? Does anyone remember this write up in the BHW ? Thanks in advance.
  12. Everything coming along nicely Stuart, well done Estelle
  13. Well done, flown a good pigeon for many years.
  14. Yes, the late Jock Allan springs to mind.
  15. Whether you send 30 - 40 or 5 - 10 doos, there is only ONE winner. The small team fancier can give his birds more individual attention.

  22. Your health is more important than the agm - hope your on the road to a speedy recovery.
  23. A lot of years ago there was an organisation known as the Thoroughbred Racing Pigeon Association [TRPA ]. I believe it worked similarly to the Kennel Club, registering breeding particulars etc. My knowledge on the TRPA is very limited, but would be interested if anyone has any information on how it operated and the reason/s for it disbanding.
  24. Would need to be a small transporter , otherwise it would not be economically viable, due to the very small number of birds sent by each club.
