  1. Real quality hen Lewis and a winner right through the card from shortest to longest race, you don't get many like that in a pound.
  2. Very well done Billy and well deserved, hope you've recovered from your weekend in Blackpool where we all had a few laughs, again a first class article from Tom Corrie
  3. Good for you Walter but as Delboy has also said, this is what was used before as an excuse not to discuss a previous issue.
  4. Very well done Cally, great achievement to win the overall average into the west section and be the first to do it
  5. That's what we were told the last time, it's sub judice , pending court case , we can't talk about it, did it ever go to court ?? Did it *expletive removed*
  6. All feeding comes from a farm somewhere
  7. The suspense is killing me, geez a clue
  8. Jade That's one of the problems, the now ex president would not entertain any discussion or questions on the matters which were raised by some of the committee that served under him during his tenure, so as a result even the members who were present at the AGM were deliberately kept in the dark, it would also appear that decisions made at committee meetings are not being carried out by the secretary who I assume by some of her responses at the AGM is being instructed on how to proceed by a higher authority, which for me stinks and I'm by no means a political animal, however as a member I do and would like to know what is going on, if an official at an AGM will not allow a subject to be discussed or will not answer any questions which are related to that subject then for me they have something to hide, or perhaps it is sub judice which I am sure you will recall was used as a reason not to discuss the last SNFC misdemeanor.
  9. Tommy, thanks, seen that on the web at one point but wasn't sure if they still done it
  10. Does anyone know of a Garvo stockist in Lanarkshire
  11. Bullcock , have to support you on that quote !!! But you forgot mention the west is also full of crap fanciers
  12. Every one oozing class
  13. Very well done Gareth , and too all who were nominated
  14. Now empty
  15. Tough decision
  16. Gareth, mibbe your right, might think about bringing in a few speedsters for the sprint club "......... Sorry west club"....... Nah, that's me thought about it, don't think i,ll bother lol
  17. Paul You did say the west voted against it when they already had it, I was only telling you how the west club is run and that it really has nothing to with the fed, should be called the west sprint club anyway, as far as pooling in the fed goes I don't have a problem with it because your right you could enter it if and when it suited you and if you could afford it.
  18. Paul The current west club really has nothing to do with the fed other than your nominated doo has to be on the sect result to win it, otherwise it is run out with the fed as a separate thing altogether and you only enter it by choice, I can understand Jim not being in favour as it is biased against the distance minded fancier, if you are in it you have to pay I fiver every week to nominate a doo when you have little chance of winning against the sprinters, then when the fed goes with the Nat when the distance is a bit longer and you might have half a chance of winning they don't run it these weeks when going with the Nat, that's why I chucked it
  19. Shut it LOL
  20. Your right Billy I remember the meeting when it changed from east and west to , east , centre , west , when Andy had the maps on a flip chart in the hall which I thought had two lines ( 3 sections ) running through Lanarkshire diagonally from north to south, don't know if this was retained ?? Or maybe it's my memory that's failing
  21. Yip
  22. Smithy, no doubt Peter Virtue is a quality fancier but he's not in the west, Also no doubt that Billy and David Davidson have been one of top lofts in the west for as long as I can remember
  23. Not sure Davie but without checking would have a guess at Jim Hannah or Jock Allan
  24. Nae problem Tommy, we've both had our say, I'm sure if if you put a proposal in next year then just like it should be and just like they did on Saturday with this proposal the members will decide what's right for them, I'm also sure you know me well enough to realise I've no hidden agendas either
