  1. Just timed at 12:57, be too late to make the result which is a pity as she would have won a silver award, will give me a timer in the LSC if nothing else, glad to see her home
  2. Well done to all who have timed in what has panned out to be a difficult race, and a special well done to my wee mate Gordon Orr from Eaglesham who has timed what looks to be a top five section place from Clermont to go with his 5th section Alencon and 2nd section Ypres, brilliant flying. Well done again from me and Meikle
  3. Disnae have to be the same doo, if you have something about you that you don't need use that , sparra hen defo now on the move , I've had problems over the past week or so with two of them but it's now went quite so they must have moved on elsewhere
  4. Very well done On your section win Billy and a great team performance , also a big well done to my wee mate Gordon Orr on the same yard taking second section in what was a very close finish, fantastic performances from both men and doos

Very well done to everyone and especially all of my pals who have timed good birds last night from both races which would appear to have been very fair, for me it's back to the drawing board with 0/8 sent , doo racing has got a habit of bringing you down to earth with a bang just when you think things are going quite well, no complaints though birds just not good enough on the day. Again , very well done to all with a some of my buddies running close for top spot in the section from both races.
  7. Delighted for you Gareth, and very well done Mick, helping a good doo like this get home must make all your efforts feel as if it's really worthwhile
  8. Are you sure about that Del , it happened last Saturday
  9. Very well done Vinny
  10. That would be ok George it's not on the list , Christ have you seen the length of it, personally if one of my doos was unwell and I thought an aspirin would help it then I wouldn't hesitate to give it one , banned substance or not.
  11. That was my real concern on all the other posts I wrote on this subject on another thread, you need look no further than the NFC centenary race to see what can happen when film crews are involved when they threatened to pull out because the race controller wanted to hold the birds, they were liberated and it was a monumental disaster with 60,000 doos involved which put many top lofts out the game for years. Having previously worked in the TV and film industry I know how good producers are at getting it all their own way and calling the shots.
  12. That's great john really pleased he's home, well done
  13. John, knowing your passion for these races I can feel your pain, and you're right it was not a good race, hope the two birds turn in for you and your dad. Davie
  14. Brakelle pigeons, If my memory is accurate Matt Rakes the well known distance man has them.
  15. Thanks Tam, just timed another, my fancy at 13:56
  16. Really hope the SNFC controllers have got this right because as far as I can see they are the only organisation who have liberated in France this morning and that includes outfits whose distance is well short of ours, we will just have to wait and see how it pans out.
  17. Well done John it's great to get early info straight from the horses mouth so to speak.
  18. Congrats Billy and very well done again, you're certainly doing what you set out to do. Davie
  19. Don't know Rab sounds like a tall order but sure Danny would manage one way or another
  20. Bigda is a balloon LOL
  21. Yer a sh** stirring fcuker Jimmy LOL
  22. Ten, no yearlings
  23. Birds liberated at Ingleton at 0930 as planned, no evidence of anyone trying to pull a fast one to save their Nat birds, hope the race now turns out to be a good one
  24. Walter Could you be more specific !!! :D
