John Agree with every word you have said as these are also my thoughts, however, not particularly regards this race but sometimes criticism is justified
I know we have to think about the guys in the North but as far as I can see all of the Scottish Feds are up this morning from roughly the same area ( Lanarkshire only 19 mls short of Buckingham ) , not one for criticising controllers but still a bit bemused that the birds are held over :emoticon-0138-thinking:
1st G Orr 1315 2nd G Orr 1285 3rd G Orr 1260 4th G Orr 1249 5th G Orr 1244 6th J Meikle 1202 7th D Gillespie 1201 G. Orr both shares of pools &. Nom Showing us all how to do it Gordon, very well done :emoticon-0137-clapping:
You never know John maybe there will be further talking tomorrow but can't see it now that race points have been announced, but then again you never know
There is no doubt that Lanarkshire have had some bammy races out of Newark in the past but the east Feds seem to have had a good run out of it today ?, still prefer the Wetherby option but would also have been happy with Doncaster at around 200 mls which might have suited all of the west side Feds ?
J Meikle 1154 G Orr 1143 G Orr 1137 G Orr 1137 R Jukes. 1118 D Gillespie 1116 G Orr wins first share of pools and nom W Morrison wins second share of pools Well done big Meikle
So did I but all the nonsense about measurements, SHU / RPRA, etc means some want to make it an Amal race which I'm not in favour of, happy with joint convoying only which should benefit the birds and makes sense financially
G Orr 1223 R Jukes 1186 J Meikle 1166 G Orr 1164 D Gillespie 1114 G Orr wins first and second share of pools D Gillespie wins nom Well done young Adam coming second and showing your gramps how it's done
I always thought that this amalgamation was for convoying purposes only, for me that's all it should be then we wouldn't have to worry about distances or anything else, you could then get all the competition you would need by sending with the national of your choice IMO
D Gillespie 1229 D Gillespie.1215 D Gillespie 1198 J Meikle 1184 D Gillespie wins first share of pools G Orr wins second share of pools, also unlucky when his ETS failed to time his early arrivals
