Aye Rab, any I've ever purchased from the NWHU were delivered in late December. Not needed here as I mate up a month later.

The RPRA should've enforced this new rule about NWHU rings from season 2020. It is absurd and probably illegal to implement a charge AFTER their members had already purchased the rings. This would definitely not stand up in court in my opinion. I can see the reasoning beind it all but the timing of this ruling is beyond belief.
