Some good info on this thread

We all know that these late birds just weren't good enough on the day but I am just interested in what people think happened to them all. 1500ypm down to 600ypm to take the open positions isn't a great race imo.

so what do you think has happened Stuart.Some say clashing, some say the heat got them and they lay down, whats your theory on it?

Cannot believe ive had 4 return from Reims in the last 36 hours, almost a week after the race. Now 9/14 with 3 of my fancied doos still to come??? 2nd, 3rd and 8th west region winners. Where do you think they have been as Im hearing a few reported covered in oil. Are they in the North sea oilrigs?

Congratulations to Hugh on winning 5 times 1st West Regions out of 5 races from the SNFC and the SNRPC. This is an unprecedented achievement in the Scottish racing pigeon scene. An absolutely unbelievable, miraculous season.

39/41 from Glasgow, funny race though, got 12 in a minute and waited 43 minutes then got another 8. They came in small groups after that but quite happy as it looked dodgy at one stage.

One of the best doos in the UK Wattie, dream stuff m8.

I know Hughie and he is a decent enough fella but even though he may not use the internet or lib line, someone must've known he was in at that time last night and could've enlightened people. Wattie Boswell was sitting on a winner up until 2.30pm the following day? Poor show of sportsmanship by all involved.
