Get your thoughts all down in writing as a proposal for the AGM, then come along and vote on them, only place that it counts.

Dont think you can legislate for Mist that is forecast to clear but then doesnt, although that doesnt make it any better for those that didnt get a timer, also I think if the SNRPC had been racing that day they too would have liberated.
