Depurative/condition seed in morning and all round,widowhood ,breed n ween mixed together at night as much as they want , in water they get naturaline twice a week ,vitality improver with cider vinegar twice a week . Only the Ybs get out every now and then due to having a few late breds but getting pestered by Sparra hen so holding them in just now .

Can't really use my season as a guide but sent 11 to Hexham with Lanarkshire and only got one home on day plus one reported dead and one came home a couple of weeks later , They were well schooled in basket but only trained out to around ten miles . Were they ill and I never noticed or just bad luck ?.

Not many can do much with the Southwell breed here . They were a lovely pigeon I still have one or two crosses I had them direct from shepherd/deacon and really hoped they would work as I loved the velvets /dark cheqs but maybe in my case the fancier wasn't good enough. Excellent result for Ybs anyway .

John Gibson was a top fancier years ago in easthouses club Midlothian fed he had a top pigeon called sartilly express who won a gold award in the snfc and his user name whitecap was his top stock cock , he was probably the best flyer of hendry mair stock . That enough info for you John lol (I was in same club )
