My answer was 350 ish to that the reply came back that did,nt mean sheet as the birdage was so low same hen was 1st fed 2nd sect 3rd open Snfc bovington 5500 birds also bred a 1st club winner before ybs all took ill and were disposed off, so George I don't think it makes any differance quality is quality.

I've been in partnership with the brother when we won nearly all races in club and topped fed many times and the feeling when we were 3rd open by only 3 yards from 5500 birds but it don't come close to the feeling of timing on the night from 500 mls 14/16 hours on the wing just to get home that is a champion win or lose .jmo

Have to agree , my team hibs have beaten 5 premier league teams were very unlucky not to beat Ross county and today they get turned over by raith ( no offence to them ) they need to throw away the league set up and get back to 16 teams next season or they won't even be allowed in Europe soon.

Train from built up areas but 2or3 at time , it makes big differance there are always other birds around and it gives your birds a chance before Percy pinpoints them , just an idea .

I re homed a Sparra hen just 5 days ago another here already you used to get a few weeks until next one moved in not anymore , she is getting fed somewhere as she was some size .

I bred 25 late breds last year and trained them with the intention of feeding the wild birds ! Still have 17 and culled 2 so not many went missing . You would think the money we give to charity would be better spent on some kind of spray deterant that hawks detest . But until then we have to help ourselves .

She is a breeding hen del ,just bought her a few months ago from bob besant so not sure she will be able to produce but will try one or two things . Thanks for comment .

Have a 3 yr old hen that feels like she is in egg but there is nothing there her vent bones are wide apart and very swollen at the rear , she has been like this for a while 2weeks eating ok but a bit distressed . Now have her in basket and given her an anti imflametary Any ideas ?
