Aye monthly is a goer Jonesy, weekly is a bit too often for ppl way family commitments. A wid put cost intae the equation when moving about, yesterday was great value for money so keeping costs doon will encourage mare guys tae get involved. Am in regardless though 😀ðŸ‘

Cattrysse to my knowledge have won in the 70's 80's 90's 00's and present day, for me they are the best I have come across. Imo the numbers produced today give a false impression of successful families, in years gone by there were far fewer bred and sold than there are these days so that needs to be considered when looking for successful families.

Forget the mans name who had Vend, Turban and many other well known birds. He had a fair few way Henry Mair's blood in them and his were sold for a small fortune so I wouldn't write the mans birds off too soon !!

No quite accurate there Dunc, over the 5 seasons I have been doing the trophies the West Sec have By Far lifted most of the trophies and the channel race was won in the west in 2014&2015. Maybe no winning averages but they are putting up the best individual performances. As I said in my first post on this subject the east-west debate every year is a pile o p*ss, only place that matters is the race program AGM and that's when guys way Racing pigeons can vote on their preferred race points with no mention of east or west line.
